Crystal Sinclair Designs decorated the parlor floor living room in a brownstone in South Slope, Brooklyn, with a mix of vintage and modern pieces. “I'm particularly fond of the vintage floor lamp behind the sofa which we purchased from a local vintage shop,” says Crystal Sinclair. “It really adds that special touch, giving the room extra personality and soul. We added the built-in mirror above the fireplace, which welcomes you into the room and helps visually extend the narrow brownstone space by adding a good dose of depth.”

J Cohler Mason Design

Jennifer Cohler Mason’s interiors showcase an energetic mix of classic and contemporary elements that result in comfortable, sophisticated homes. The founder of New York City–based J Cohler Mason Design collaborates closely with clients as well as a time-tested group of artisans and craftspeople who help her add one-of-a-kind accents to her projects. Mason also uses her background as a fashion designer to inform her beautifully tailored and finely detailed interiors. The firm works on projects nationally, particularly in New York, Palm Beach, and Connecticut.

In an art collector’s Manhattan penthouse, J Cohler Mason Design set a subtle, glamorous tone in the all-white, high-gloss kitchen. The custom cabinetry from Christopher Peacock and polished stainless steel–trimmed range hood proved the perfect compliment to the colorful pieces from the clients’ extensive contemporary art collection. A bespoke sculptural glass table anchors the space, while the vintage Italian light fixture is the cherry on top.

Jeff Andrews Design

When Hollywood’s biggest names need some glitz in their living spaces, they turn to Jeff Andrews. And it's easy to see why. Andrews’s homes are bold yet warm, sophisticated yet comfortable, and exude major star power while still being livable for the high-profile names who live in them. In addition to working with clients such as Lady Gaga, Kris Jenner, Ryan Seacrest, and Kaley Cuoco, Andrews has also collaborated on product collections for A. Rudin, Mansour Modern, Astek, and Jamie Beckwith Collection.

In the dining room of a Beverly Hills home, Jeff Andrews added a sense of drama by installing two chandeliers that originally illuminated a 1910 bank building over the massive dining table. A sculpture by Peruvian artist Aldo Chaparro hangs above the antique limestone mantle.
